First Lawyers Trust Company has entered into a strategic relationship with Insurance Trust Monitor, Inc. (www.youritm.com) to provide expert administrative support to First Lawyers in its capacity as trustee of irrevocable life insurance trusts. ITM will provide annual policy reviews, risk management, policy remediation, and client services.

Headquartered in Cedar Falls, Iowa, ITM's one and only business is to provide customized ILIT administration services. ITM is SSAE 16 certified and is staffed by experienced insurance, trust, legal, and tax professionals with a combined 150+ years of experience in the industry. ITM is privately owned and provides objective and unbiased service, completely independent of insurance carriers and products. It does not directly or indirectly sell or otherwise market insurance products or investment products or services.
